A little about me
My name’s Melissa, and I’m a leader, writer, coach, educator, human, and founder of Honest Office on Substack.
Inspired by witnessing and experiencing workplace encounters that were difficult but often too taboo to name, I’m passionate about making the office more authentic, more human, and honest. I believe in naming what’s hard, creating space to move through it, and building a pipeline of future leaders who can transform the world of work as we know it.
Through my experience leading teams of 60+ and supporting thousands of individuals as a coach and mentor, earning a master’s degree in leadership, and, most importantly, trying to be a good human, I share real stories and insights on how to work and lead better.
