Good job, Melissa, I don't have Netflix so won't be checking out that documentary anytime soon. I find it perplexing, that large corps, work so hard to manage and massage information. I lived it, and nearly every single time, there is a mole, or a leak, and you end up with damage control, and lost productivity. Just communicate what you know, clearly, tell employees to stay tuned, update them regularly -- it goes way smoother.
Totally agree. That type of masquerading is such a time suck. And it’s not profitable… because energy and productivity plummet! It’s a simple equation, really. I think in a future rant I should might need to explore the origins behind the 48 Laws of Power more deeply!
